Construction Progress
Weekly or biweekly flights over an active site, same angles every time, plus a short photo set and an optional 60 to 90 second highlight video. For home builders and commercial contractors in Summerville, Cane Bay, and Nexton. Monthly retainers available, 2 or 4 visits a month.
Aerial Mapping and Orthomosaics
Georeferenced orthomosaic maps, elevation models, and measurements for area, distance, and volume. For builders, landowners, engineers, and developers who need a current site picture they can measure. Small sites from 5 acres, large sites to 150 acres and more.
Roof Inspection and Roof Mapping
A structured photo set of every roof slope, plus a short written summary. Visual inspection only, no walking the roof. Add a roof orthomosaic and 3D model, so a roofer can measure slopes and areas without climbing. Residential and commercial.
3D Models and Stockpile Volumes
Textured 3D models of a building, roof, or site that a client can rotate in a browser. Stockpile volumes reported in cubic yards, with a map and photo. A pure mapping upsell, for builders and civil contractors.
